Product Warranty
Allison's sewing studio offers a 1 year warranty on hardware components.
It is the buyer's duty to confirm that the hardware components are in good working order after they receive their order. If your hardware fails or stops working please contact me to make arrangements for a repair.
A photograph of the defective item is required to get a replacement. Shipping costs are not included and are at buyers expense.
Our warranty covers any issues with hardware and any issues that arise from the assembly process.
Examples of what would be covered include:
- Scissor snap breaks or stops working
- Buckle breaks or stops working
- Rivets, d-rings, or O-rings break
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by your pet, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Examples of what would not be covered include:
- Damage caused by chewing, clawing, scratching, biting, etc
- Natural colour changes due to the aging of material or exposure to sun, water, natural oils released from your dog's fur, or other elements
- Change in texture of leather on bags
- Any tarnish marks that hardware may leave on product
- Wearing-off, scratches or chips of plated coated hardware
- Damage caused by any in proper use of item.
- Broken zippers
- Broken bag straps from over filling.
While wearing collars and accessories, pets should always be supervised. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the use of our products. This includes the misuse of our products, defects or failure in the manufacturing process, materials, or accidents that occur while using products. The buyer agrees to accept all responsibility while using our products.
