Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGES

Our items are custom made to order and we don't usually hang on to much pre-made stock. We understand that mistakes happen or you change our mind. We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of you receiving or pick up your order. The items must be unused, unworn and returned to us at buyers expense. If you choose to return or exchange your items, there will be a 20% restocking fee. 

If you wish to return your product or products, please e-mail us for instructions. Once we receive the item and can determine that they are unused, unworn and in re sell condition, we will issue you a refund excluding the 20% restocking fee.

If you wish to exchange your item, please e-mail us to make arrangements for exchange. Once we receive your item and checked it over to make sure it can be resold we will send you an invoice for the 20% restocking fee on the item(s). Once the invoice is paid, we will make new item and contact you once shipped or ready for pick up.

All shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at the buyer's expense.
