Shipping policy

All orders containing ONLY ready to ship items typically ship within 3 business days. Production times may vary but we average up to 3-4 weeks for orders containing custom order items, but this can increase AT ANY TIME depending on number of orders received! Please keep this in mind when placing an order. 

Made to Order Items include - collars, leashes, bandanas, bow ties, toys, poop bags, other bags and clothes

Ready to Ship Items include any items in the ready to ship section or listed as ready to ship.

We offer shipping within Canada + the US. All shipping is tracked and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered, especially during peak times.

An email will be sent once your order is shipped.
