Return and Exchange

 Our items are custom made to order and we don't usually hang on to much pre-made stock. We understand that mistakes can happen or you change our mind. We accept returns and exchanges on most items. within 5 days of you receiving or pick up your order. The items must be unused, unworn and returned to us at buyers expense. Our personalized sweatshirts are custom made to your specifications, and as such, we do not accept returns on these items. However, we do accept exchanges in the event that the sweatshirt you receive is damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible with your order # and photos of the damage or defect. We will gladly send you a replacement sweatshirt at no additional cost. If you choose to return or exchange your items, there will be a 15% restocking fee. 

If you wish to return your product or products, please e-mail us for instructions. Once we receive the item and can determine that they are unused, unworn and in re sell condition, we will issue you a refund excluding shipping cost and the 15% restocking fee.

If you wish to exchange your item, please e-mail us to make arrangements for exchange. Once we receive your item and checked it over to make sure it can be resold we will send you an invoice for the 15% restocking fee on the item(s) and shipping cost Once the invoice is paid, we will make new item and contact you once shipped or ready for pick up.

 All shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at the buyer's expense.
