- Enter your pets' names. If you have 2 or more pets, please describe your pets and what photo goes to what dog name. (Dogs name will go below dog)
- Attach picture of dog or dogs feel Please refer to our photo guidelines to ensure the best quality looking shirt/sweatshirt.
✨ Photo Requirements
To achieve the best results, please ensure that the photos of your pet meet the following criteria:
- Well lit bright and clear photo
- High Quality photo
- Your pet should be looking directly into the camera. We suggest a photo of your pet sitting or standing.
- Get close to your pet and provide or take a photo from their head to their chest.
- We accept photos with accessories.
If any problems with picture or doesn't meet requirements I will contact you.
Our Sweatshirts and super soft and super cute. they are 50% Cotton/50% Polyester this blend of fabrics ensures the end material to be extremely durable and resistant to stretching and shrinking
The design colour will be default black or white using HTV vinyl and a DTF. We will choose this based on the colour of the shirt and the design. If you want a specific colour, please request in the notes at checkout.

Our sweatshirts are true to size, meaning that if you order your regular size they will fit nice and roomy. If you want it to fit more snug or extra large just size up or down a size. If you are unsure please refer to sizing chart in the listing photos. All items are custom made and sales are final we do not exchange or return items due to sizing issues.

Processing Time

At the time production times may vary but I average up to 3-4weeks for orders containing custom order items, but this can increase AT ANY TIME depending on number of orders received! Please keep this in mind when placing an order. We operate with 1 person making all orders by hand. We appreciate your kindness and understanding.
We will have your order ready to ship in approximately 14 business days. However, due to the nature of custom orders, this time may vary. Processing may take longer than 14 business days. We will communicate with you if your order is going to take longer to process.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges
Our sweatshirts are custom made and we take pride in creating each order to your specifications, and as such, we do not accept returns. However, we do accept exchanges in the event that the sweatshirt you receive is damaged or defective.
If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible with your order # and photos of the damage or defect. We will gladly send you a replacement sweatshirt at no additional cost.
